Hollye began her career in nursing 32 years ago as an LVN. In 2014, Hollye recieved Associate of Applied Science and her Registered Nurse Licensure. She has been working in home health for the past 12 years and has been in administration for the past five years. She has been certified in OASIS data collection since 2014.

Hollye joined the Serenity Plus Home Health team full time in July because she appreciated their commitment to the patient and the community. “I have high expectations of our nurses. Our nurses provide competent, quality care and care that is specific to each patient. When patients come to us they are in crisis and in need of care and attention. We build relationships with our patients and teach them and their caregivers how to manage their disease process,” said Hollye. “I see Serenity Plus Home Health growing to be one of the biggest and best home health’s in East Texas because we’re going to provide consistent, high quality services in healthcare and we’ll make the care of our patient’s personal,” she added.

Hollye is a National Certified Readmission Prevention Fellow. “We are proud to become certified and believe it is an honor to bring this expertise to our local community,” said, Hollye. “Making sure patients remain healthy and safe in their homes is a priority for Serenity Plus Home Health, Inc., and this program positions us to be that resource for our local community, Mt. Vernon and surrounding counties.”

Hollye was born and raised in Titus County. She’s been married to her husband for 35 years and has three children and three grandchildren. In her free time, Hollye enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and working on the family farm.
